Thapelo Paris wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If this is not the case, please email us at [email protected] or call + 33 981 836 365 and one of our Customer Service assistants will deal with any questions you may have regarding delivery or returns.
Upon confirmation of your order, it will be express-shipped via “Colissimo”:
France, Monaco, Andorra
2 to 4 working days
shipping costs: 6€
3 to 8 working days
shipping costs: 12€
Rest of the world
3 to 10 working days
shipping costs: 22€
Faster delivery can be arranged at additional cost by calling our Customer Service.
If you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within fifteen days of receipt.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and labels, unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
Please contact our Customer Service assistants: they will email you a return form that should be included in your shipment.
For orders delivered in France, Monaco, Andorra: Thapelo Paris will email you a prepaid delivery voucher to be pasted on a “Colissimo” shipping box.
For orders delivered in any other country, returns are made under your own responsibility and at your own cost. It is important that you use a postage method that provides tracking for the parcel so that you can prove that the goods have been received back by Thapelo Paris.
Once you have returned the item to us, we will refund the full value of your original order minus shipping costs within 15 days.
